Each item begins production only after an order is placed.
This avoids mass-production waste and ensures you receive a piece that’s freshly crafted, not pulled from months-old storage.

Q14. How long does delivery take?
Our processing time is 1–3 business days.
After dispatch:
- Domestic (India): 2–5 business days
- Domestic Rush (where available): 1–3 business days
- International: Typically 6–12 business days, depending on region and customs
Remote pin codes may take longer, and shipments routed via national postal services may show limited tracking.
Delivery windows are estimates — but we always monitor your parcel and assist wherever needed.
Q15. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected international destinations including:

For most regions, shipping charges and estimates appear directly at checkout.

Q18. What if delivery is delayed?
Delays can happen due to:

Q19. What happens if my order returns undelivered (RTO)?
An order may return to our production network if:
- the address is incomplete or incorrect
- delivery attempts fail
- the package is refused
If this happens:
- You can request re-shipping by paying the forward shipping cost again (typically ₹60–₹80).
- Shipping fees from the original shipment are non-refundable if the RTO was customer-caused.
- If you choose not to re-ship, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs and any courier penalties charged to us.
Double-checking your address and phone number greatly reduces the chances of an RTO.
Q20. What if my item is lost in transit?
If tracking shows a likely loss, we open a carrier investigation immediately. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the carrier confirms the loss. Investigations can take time; we’ll keep you updated throughout the process and assist you with the next steps.
Q21. Why do you ask for an unboxing video for claims?
An unboxing video is the fastest, fairest way to verify a shipment’s condition. It shows the sealed parcel, the courier label and tracking number, the opening, and the defect (if any). This evidence helps us process valid claims quickly, prevent misuse, and keep product and pricing quality high for everyone.

Q22. What is your returns & refunds process?
Submit a claim within 7 days of delivery with required evidence (unboxing video + photos + order number). If the issue is approved as a production defect or damage, we’ll arrange return shipping and offer a replacement or refund. For customer-caused issues (wrong address, refusal, change of mind), return costs and re-shipment charges may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear in 5–7 business days once processed.
Q23. What if the replacement I receive is also defective?
If a replacement also arrives defective, contact us immediately. We will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy — whether that is a second replacement, a refund, or a store credit — after inspection and QC. (This scenario is very rare, but we handle it with the same care and urgency as any other legitimate claim.)
Q24. How long do you hold returned items?
Returned items are held in our logistics network for 100 days. During this time you may request re-shipment (handling + shipping fees apply). If no action is taken within 100 days, returned items may be discarded.
Q25. What payment methods do you accept and how are refunds handled?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Domestic payments may be processed through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking); international payments are handled via PayPal and supported card rails. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time it takes to reflect depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Q26. Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD increases logistics cost, returns, and fraud risk — which ultimately raises prices. To keep our products fairly priced and our processes efficient, we accept secure online payments only.
Q27. How does CozyVora protect my data?
We use SSL encryption on the Site, secure servers, security plugins, and limited internal access to personal data. Payment information is processed by our payment providers and not stored by CozyVora in full-card form. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Q28. How can I submit photos or videos I’ve made (UGC)?

Q30. Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Not currently. We operate primarily online to keep costs low and focus on product quality.
