Import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

🔁 Undelivered Shipments & RTO (Return to Origin)
⚠️ A shipment may be returned to our production network if:
- The address is incorrect or incomplete
- Delivery attempts fail repeatedly
- Delivery is refused
✅ What this means:
- The product will be returned to our production network.
- Re-shipment is available once forward shipping charges are paid (typical range: ₹60–80).
- Shipping fees for the original shipment are non-refundable for customer-caused RTOs.
- If you choose not to re-ship an RTO order, a refund will be issued after deducting actual courier RTO charges (if any) and any non-recoverable logistics fees incurred during the first delivery attempt.

⚠️ India Post & Remote Pin Codes
If standard couriers cannot service your pin code, we may ship via India Post.
Please note:

🔄 Multiple Shipments
Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels to speed delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel.
⏳ Delays, Lost Shipments & Investigations
If tracking indicates a delay, contact us immediately.
For suspected lost shipments, we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Refunds for lost parcels are issued only after the carrier confirms the loss.

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter the processing stage.
