1. What is CozyVora?

CozyVora is a premium fashion brand built for those who demand more — from their clothes and from themselves. We design essentials with edge, crafted on-demand, engineered to stand apart.


2. Are your products ready-made?

No. Every product is made-to-order — created specifically after your order is placed. This ensures freshness, eliminates waste, and reflects our core principle: quality isn’t rushed, and your piece isn’t mass-produced.


3. What is the quality of your T-shirts and hoodies?

CozyVora garments are made from heavyweight, Super-combed cotton fabrics and built with long-wearing construction. From breathable summer-weight cottons to thick fleece-lined winterwear, our pieces are engineered for structure, softness, and staying power.

We don't just call it premium — we make sure it feels that way, every time you wear it.


4. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page features an accurate size chart. We recommend measuring a garment you already love and comparing the dimensions. For oversized fits, expect intentional volume — it’s part of the silhouette, not a sizing error.


5. How long does delivery take?

We operate with precision timelines:

  • 🧵 Production: 1–3 business days

  • 🚚 Shipping: 5–7 business days (location-dependent)

On average, your order reaches you within 5–7 working days.


6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Because we begin production immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. However, if you’ve made a mistake, contact us on WhatsApp or email immediately — and if production hasn't started, we’ll cancel and refund your order as quickly as possible.


7. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email from CozyVora as soon as your order ships. That email includes a live tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for details and instructions.


8. Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Every CozyVora piece is custom-built. Prepaid orders help us avoid operational inefficiencies, reduce returns, and maintain product integrity. It's how we keep the experience clean and the focus on quality.


9. Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns are accepted only in rare cases of:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Misprint

  • Wrong item delivered

To qualify, you must submit a valid unboxing video within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for size issues, preference changes, or worn items.

10. What if my delivery is delayed?

We dispatch on time, but occasionally, courier delays may occur. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ days, or if your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us — We’ll handle the escalation personally and ensure resolution.


11. Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. CozyVora is a digital-first fashion brand, built to deliver directly to your door without retail markups or shelf compromises.


12. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship across India only. International shipping is planned as we scale — and when it arrives, it will meet our same high standards.
