We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues, preferences, or change of mind. This approach helps us maintain fair pricing and reduce waste while ensuring the highest product quality.

Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

If your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed, and you may place a new order separately.

As a made-to-order brand, Cozyvora does not maintain inventory. Every product is crafted specifically for your order. While this ensures sustainability and uniqueness, it also limits flexibility on returns.
