All products on Cozyvora are fulfilled and shipped via trusted third-party print-on-demand partners.

We act as the storefront and brand, while order processing, packaging, and delivery are handled by our fulfillment partners.

We strive for complete accuracy in all product listings. However:

• Colours, print placement, or minor details may slightly vary.

• Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

5. Payments

We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

All payments must be made in full before processing begins.

6. Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing.

7. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in these cases:

• The product is received damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong item
