At Cozyvora, each order is crafted with precision and fulfilled efficiently to deliver comfort-first essentials directly to your doorstep – always FREE.

We partner with leading shipping providers to ensure safe, timely delivery while keeping our process simple and customer-focused.

✅ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

📅 Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery

Delivery times depend on the shipping method & pin code.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

*️⃣ You may receive your order on or before this timeframe, depending on your pin code.

✅ We offer FREE delivery on all orders.

🔁 Return-to-Origin (RTO) & Re-shipping

⚠️ Undelivered Orders (RTO)

If an order is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept

…it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

✅ What this means:

  • The product is returned to us by the courier.

  • We can re-ship it to you once you pay the forward shipping charges again (₹60 per shipment).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for RTO orders.

💡 Strategic Note: To reduce RTOs, ensure your address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly and someone is available to receive your order.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter the processing stage.

✅ To cancel your order:

  • Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp after placing it.

  • If your cancellation request reaches us before processing begins, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

Cozyvora also reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Payment failure

  • Policy violations

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Any other operational reason deemed necessary

⚠️ India Post Shipping

If your pin code is unserviceable by standard couriers, we will ship via India Post.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeline: 3–15 business days

  • Standard shipping cost: ₹60 per 0.5 kg FREE

  • For certain Northeast pin codes, charges may be up to ₹130

  • Limited tracking available

  • No claims possible for lost or undelivered India Post shipments

🔄 Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on availability to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

📦 Tracking Link

A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped (i.e. handed over to the courier after processing).
