How do I choose the right size?

Is the fabric heavy or lightweight?
Our fabrics are chosen to balance structure and breathability — substantial enough for a premium hand, yet comfortable all day. See the product description for the specific fabric family and weight hint.
When will my order ship and how long will delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days. Typical total delivery time across India is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking updates are emailed once your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We currently accept secure prepaid orders only. Once your order is placed, it’s our responsibility to deliver it with the same comfort and care you expect from CozyVora. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive regular email updates so you always know exactly where your order is.
Will the color or fabric fade after washes?
No. Our garments are pre-shrunk and bio-washed for lasting color and shape retention. Follow the simple care instructions provided, and your piece will remain as elevated as the day it arrived.
How should I wash and care for my CozyVora piece?

Do you accept returns for reasons other than defects?
No — returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered (see full policy).
What if the item is defective or incorrect?
Defect claims are accepted with an unboxing video and photos within 7 days. We will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible claims and handle the replacement or refund per policy.
